The authorized paid-up capital of the company is KD 15 million, with a total of 150 million fully paid-up shares.
The name of the company was changed from Sales of Finance and Investment to "Dimah Capital Investment" during the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on November 29, 2011.
On November 25, 2018, the attendees unanimously approved a merger with Albilad Real Estate Investment Company. The merger process involved the dissolution of Albilad Real Estate Investment Company and the transfer of its financial disclosures, assets, and liabilities to Dimah Capital Investment Company.
