Dimah Capital Investment Company K.S.C. (c) is a registered Kuwaiti company that was previously known as Sales Leasing and Finance Company - K.S.C. It was established under Memorandum No. 5653/Volume 1 on July 15, 2007, with subsequent amendments, the latest of which was recorded in the Commercial Register under No. 323021 in November 2015. The authorized paid-up capital of the company is KD 15 million, with a total of 150 million fully paid-up shares.

The name of the company was changed from Sales of Finance and Investment to "Dimah Capital Investment" during the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on November 29, 2011.

On November 25, 2018, the attendees unanimously approved a merger with Albilad Real Estate Investment Company. The merger process involved the dissolution of Albilad Real Estate Investment Company and the transfer of its financial disclosures, assets, and liabilities to Dimah Capital Investment Company. Additionally, the attendees approved an increase in capital by an amount of KD 29,065,835.700, bringing the total capital of Dimah Capital Investment to KD 44,065,835.700. The company is committed to developing the finance and investment sector, promoting innovation in products and services, and adhering to the principles of Islamic finance. Its activities align with the principles of Sharia law.
