The Board of Commissioners of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), in its meeting No. (20/2025) held on July 9, 2025, decided to impose financial penalties on Dimah Capital Investment Company for procedural violations of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 concerning the establishment of the CMA and the regulation of securities activities and their amendments.
The penalties were issued due to the company's procedural violations of Book Sixteen (Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) of the Executive Bylaws of the law.
The decision included the imposition of three financial penalties as follows:
• A fine of KWD 7,500 for violating Clause (2) of Article (18-3) of Book Sixteen.
• A fine of KWD 7,500 for violating Article (1-4) of the same book.
• A fine of KWD 18,000 for violating Article (1-6) of the same book.
