Dimah Capital Investment Company has announced its successful exit from one of its investments, represented by a first-class residential real estate development project in Fort Worth, Texas, United States, in collaboration with its subsidiary "APEX Capital Investments US," with contributions from "QInvest."
Dimah Capital invested in the project in September 2021, and in the first quarter of 2025, it exited the investment with outstanding financial results, achieving an internal rate of return for the company and its subsidiary of 19.34%.
The equity multiple with APEX US (the subsidiary) reached x1.76. These results clearly indicate the success of the investment strategy and the efficiency of execution, despite the challenges in the market, reflecting the strength of the investment structure and the professionalism of the team in managing opportunities and realizing value.
The project comprises 288 residential units with comprehensive facilities, including amenities such as a gym, a business center, and outdoor green spaces. The project was developed according to the highest modern standards to meet the growing demand for residential apartments in the U.S. market.
