Dimah Capital Investment Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 10 July 2023 in Sharq - Plot 7 – Al- Dhow Tower, to discuss the items listed on its agenda, including the election of a new board of directors.
The company also advised that in the event that the minimum quorum required for the AGM was not met, the meeting will be rescheduled to Monday, 17 July 2023. The rescheduled meeting will take place at the same time, location, and with the same agenda as initially announced.
