Al Imtiaz Investment Group has announced the successful completion of its divestment from its stake in Dimah Capital Investment Company, following full payment of the sale amount—KWD 13.29 million—by the buyer through the Enforcement Department.

The execution judge has issued instructions to transfer the ownership of the shares sold to the buyer.

The sale proceeds were deposited under Enforcement File No. 19234168 – Capital, related to Case No. 4932/2023 Commercial Cassation (7). According to the Enforcement Department, the remaining outstanding amount from the judgment debt stands at KWD 689,069.422.

This transaction will result in a recorded loss of KWD 10.8 million, which will be reflected in the Group’s financial statements for the third quarter of the current year.

The company also noted that this divestment has led to the loss of its ownership of Tazur Takaful Insurance Company, which was previously classified as an associate company in the Group’s financial statements.
