Dima Capital Investment Company announced the opening of nomination for membership of the Board of Directors – independent member, as of Tuesday, 31 May 2022 for a period of two weeks.
The company said that interested candidates who meet the terms and conditions set forth in the Fifth Module “Securities Activities and Registered Persons” of the Capital Markets Authority’s (CMA), Law No. (7) of 2010 and its amendments, may send the nomination form and all supporting documents to the company’s office during official business hours, so that the company would submit the documents to CMA to receive the required approvals.
