Dimah Capital Investment Company announced the opening of candidacy for membership of the Board of Directors (independent member), effective today, Tuesday, 8 March 2022, for a period of two weeks.

The Company added that interested candidates who meet the Capital Markets Authority’s rules and regulations as referred to in the Capital Markets Authority Law, and the instructions contained therein for the Qualifications and Experience Required in Registered Positions and Employment Positions in Licensed Persons in accordance with Fit and Proper Rules of Module Five of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010, may submit their applications to the company’s management, along with all supporting documents, at the Company’s headquarters located in Sharq, Khaled bin Al-Walid Street, Al-Dhow Tower, so that the company would submit the application to CMA for its review.
