Dima Capital Investment Company held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 28 September 2022 at the Company’s headquarters, and approved to amend Article (6) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (5) of the Articles of Association, as follows:
Invest in various private and public economic sectors, including real estate, industrial, agricultural, services, among others, both locally and internationally, through its participation in incorporating specialized companies, or the acquisition of stock or bonds of those companies. Sell and buy shares of these companies, as well as other companies, for the company’s accounts and third parties, manage and cover issuance and mandates for the company’s account.

- Placement Agent. Obtain financing facilities from financial institutions and brokerage firms to finance clients’ transactions in accordance with the guidelines of Islamic Sharia provisions.
- Provide brokerage activities related to international trade operations in accordance with the guidelines of Islamic Sharia provisions. Deal and trade in foreign exchange and precious metals in Kuwait and abroad, for the company’s account only. Securities broker not registered on the stock exchange. Investing the Company’s funds in various investments, mainly in owning movable and immovable assets for the purpose of operational leasing, managing, and investing in international portfolios and developing its funds. Own property rights, patents, trademarks, commercial designs, literature, and intellectual property rights related to programs and publications, for its own use and to rent them to third parties. Direct participation in the development of the required infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial zones and projects executed as part of the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) scheme, Public-Private Partnerships (PPM), and manage real estate facilities to serve the Company's objectives.
- Represent local and foreign companies (excluding banks) with similar activities, cooperate with them, and market their investment products and services locally and globally in the interest of both parties, in accordance with the provisions of applicable Kuwaiti legislation and in accordance with the guidelines of Islamic Sharia.
- Collective investment scheme manager. Investment portfolio manager. All types of investments in real estate and land plot, for development purposes, except for residential plots and houses designated for private housing purposes, whether directly or indirectly, for the Company’s account for third parties. Organize exhibitions and conferences related to investment activities and projects, in line with the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s regulations. The Company may directly engage in the above-mentioned activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, representing itself or on behalf of others. The Company may have an interest with entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive in acquisition activities, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities in the State of Kuwait or abroad providing that it complies with the guidelines of Islamic Sharia principles.
