Dimah Capital arranges the acquisition of a medical office building

Dimah Capital Investment Company announced that it has successfully arranged the acquisition of the New York University Medical Office Building for its US-based subsidiary, Apex Capital. The two-story, 100,000-square-foot building is located in Boynton Beach, Florida and is fully leased to New York University Grossman School of Medicine, a leading academic and medical institution with excellent credit rating.

Despite the volatility that the region has witnessed over the past months, Apex has been able to significantly expand its footprint in various markets". He added.

The property features a market-leading parking rate of 7.5/1000, 100% redundant capacity and has been fully renovated, including all its ceilings, elevators and common areas in line with the latest medical standards. More than USD 16 million of the capital was invested in renovations. This site will ultimately have more than 900 employees. This medical building is NYU's first major operating office in Florida.
