Tharwa Investment Company K.S.C. (c) was founded as a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company in Kuwait on August 28, 2006, under Memorandum No. 6156/Leather 1, including subsequent modifications. The company is officially registered in the commercial register under No. 116195. It has a paid-up capital of KD 15,000,000 (fifteen million Kuwaiti Dinars), divided into 150,000,000 shares with a value of 100 fils each.

The company operates under the supervision of the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait as an investment firm and also under the oversight of the Central Bank of Kuwait for financing operations.

Company Capital:
The initial capital of Tharwa Investment amounted to KD 15,000,000 (fifteen million Kuwaiti Dinars). According to the Company's annual financial report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, the current authorized, issued, and fully paid-up capital of Tharwa Investment stands at KD 15,112,500.
