Company purpose
  • Carrying out brokerage business in securities acceptable to be traded on Boursa Kuwait. The company is subject to Law No. 7 of 2010 of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities and subsequent amendments and its implementing regulations.
  • The company is not permitted to perform any business other than what was mentioned in the previous paragraph, especially speculative work in securities or any other commercial or real estate business.

The firm provides services facilitating trading on Boursa Kuwait for both local and global clients. On October 10, 2017, the company rebranded itself as Al-Waseet Financial Business Company (KSC) closed.

The company operates under the authorization of the Kuwait Capital Markets Authority with the registration number AP/1985/0091.
