The Capital Markets Authority issued decision No. (45) of 2025 on Monday regarding the renewal of the securities activities license for Al-Waseet Financial Business Company.
The Authority decided to renew the securities activities license for Al-Waseet for Financial Brokerage Company to operate as a registered securities broker on the stock exchange for a period of three years, renewable, starting from June 27, 2025.
The Authority called on the relevant authorities to implement this decision as it pertains to them, effective from the date of its issuance and to be published in the official gazette.
