Company profile

Securities Group Company was established in Kuwait as a closed shareholding company under Memorandum No. 786/Volume 2 dated October 24, 1981, with its last amendment on October 18, 2020. It is registered in the Commercial Register under No. 31846.

In 1996, the shares of Securities Group were listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. However, on June 15, 2017, the company decided to withdraw from the Kuwait Stock Exchange.

As an investment company, the Securities Group is under the supervision of the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait. Additionally, the company's financing activities are overseen by the Central Bank of Kuwait.

According to the financial report for the financial period ended on March 31, 2023, the authorized, issued, and fully paid-up capital of Securities Group is KD 20,000,000 (KD 20,000,000/31 March 2022). This capital is distributed over 200,000,000 shares with a nominal value of 100 fils per share, and all shares have been paid for in cash.
