The Securities Group held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for the financial year ended 31 March 2022 on Tuesday, 28 June 2022, and approved to the Board of Directors’ recommendation to cancel the financing activity and deregister it from the Central Bank of Kuwait’s records. The EGM also approved to amend Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association, as follows:

- Obtain loans in the financial market in line with the generally accepted procedures and methods.

- Buy and sell securities listed on Boursa Kuwait and securities that are traded in the State of Kuwait and in the GCC for the company's account. Investment advisor.

- The company may conduct some or all of its business overseas outside the State of Kuwait in line with the relevant guidelines and rules.

- Investment in real estate in Kuwait and abroad. Investment Portfolio Manager.
