On Tuesday, corresponding to July 21, 2020, the Capital Markets Authority issued Resolution No. (55) for the year 2020 regarding the renewal of a license for securities activities for the Securities Group Company and stipulated the following:
After reviewing:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 in the matter of establishing the Capital Markets Authority and regulating securities activities and its executive regulations and their amendments.
- And a certificate of licensing securities activities for the Securities Group Company No. (2014/0007 / AP) issued on 1/9/2017.
- And on the request of the Securities Group Company to renew the license for securities activities with the Authority.
- And based on Resolution No. (149) for the year 2018 regarding amending the powers of the final approval of the work procedures of the supervision sector issued on November 25 2018.
Decided the following:
First Article: Renewing a license for securities activities for the Securities Group Company at the Capital Markets Authority to practice the following activities:
- Investment Portfolio Manager.
- Investment advisor.
This is for a period of three years, subject to renewal after paying the prescribed fees, as of September 20, 2001.
Article Two: The competent authorities shall implement this decision each within its jurisdiction and it shall be enforced from the date of its issuance and to be published in the Official Gazette.
