Securities Group Company announced the opening of nominations for membership on its Board of Directors for the new term, starting today, Wednesday, February 12, 2025, and continuing for two weeks. 

This is in accordance with the nomination conditions and regulations outlined in the Executive Regulations of the Capital Markets Authority Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments regarding standards of competence and integrity.

The company invited those interested in running for the Board membership to visit the office of the Board Secretary to fill out the nomination form and submit the required documents for submission to the authority. All submitted nomination applications are subject to prior approval from the Capital Markets Authority and the relevant authorities.
