Securities Group Company has commenced the distribution of cash dividends at a rate of 10% of the nominal share value (equivalent to 10 Kuwaiti Fils per share), for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
The dividends are being transferred directly to the bank accounts of shareholders registered in the company's records as of the date of the General Assembly meeting, through the electronic bank transfer service.
As for other shareholders, the Kuwait Clearing Company will disburse their dividends in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
