Securities Group Company (SG) has announced that its General Assembly, held on July 1, 2025, approved the distribution of a 10% cash dividend (equivalent to 10 Kuwaiti Fils per share) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
The dividend distribution will begin on Thursday, July 24, 2025. Cash dividends will be transferred electronically to shareholders registered in the company's records as of the date of the General Assembly meeting via the bank transfer service. Meanwhile, Kuwait Clearing Company will distribute dividends to other shareholders in accordance with applicable procedures.
