Kuwait International Investment Holding Company K.P.S.C., formerly known as Kuwait International Investment Company, is a Kuwaiti public shareholding company. It was established in the State of Kuwait by Amiri Decree on September 22, 1973. The company's memorandum of association, as a Kuwaiti shareholding company, was documented by the Ministry of Justice - Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department - on September 13, 1973, under No. 1008/H/Volume 2, with subsequent amendments, the latest of which was recorded in the Commercial Register on May 22, 2019.

The company is duly registered in the Commercial Register under No. 19662, dating back to November 28, 1973.
