Kuwait International Investment Holding Company (KIIC) raised its stake in Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment, as indicated in a disclosure report released to Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday.
The report highlighted that KIIC’s direct ownership stake in Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment has grown to 9.043%, a rise from 6.077%, as observed during the trading session on Tuesday.
It's worth noting that "Arzan" has a total capital of KWD 83.09 million, distributed over 860.98 million shares, at a nominal value of 100 fils per share.
Med Al-Bahr Holding Company Group is the largest indirect shareholder in Arzan, with a substantial ownership of 31.11% of the company's capital. This is followed by International Financial Investment Company IFA, which possesses 12.36% of the shares. Additionally, KIIC holds a notable stake of 9.04%.
