Kuwait International Investment Holding Company will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, 17 May  2023 at the company’s headquarters to discuss approving the Board of Directors’ recommendation to amend Article (2) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (1) of the Articles of Association, as follows:

The Company was established pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 1 of 2016 promulgating the Companies Law, and this Articles of Association among the owners of the shares whose provisions are set forth hereinafter a Kuwaiti shareholding (public) holding company called Kuwait International Investment Holding Company (K.S.C.P).
