Effective today, Sunday, June 22, 2025, Kuwait International Investment Holding Company has commenced the distribution of bonus shares to its shareholders at a rate of 22% of its issued and paid-up capital, amounting to 12,572,988 shares. These shares will be allocated to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the date of the General Assembly meeting. The Board of Directors has been authorized to handle any fractional shares that may arise.
It is worth noting that the company distributed a cash dividend of 20% for the year 2024 last Thursday, based on the nominal value of the share, at 20 fils per share.
