The extraordinary general meeting of Kuwait International Investment Holding Company, which was held on Thursday, June 13th, 2024, approved the proposal of its Board of Directors to increase its issued and fully paid-up capital from 40,233,562 shares to 50,291,953 shares, by distributing bonus shares of 25% of its issued capital i.e. and increase of 10,058,391 shares.  

It will be distributed to the shareholders registered in its records on the date of the ordinary general meeting for the financial year ending on December 31st, 2023, and the meeting authorizes the Board of Directors to determine the methods and dates for the increase and disposal of fractions of shares and all procedures related to this increase. 

After amending Article No. (6) of its articles of incorporation and Article No. (5) of its articles of association, the company has determined its authorized, issued and paid-up capital to be KD 5,029,195.325, distributed among 50,291,953 shares with a value of 100 fills per share. All shares are fully paid in cash. The Board of Directors is empowered to implement any necessary actions related to this matter.
