CapCorp Investment Company K.S.C.C. came into existence following the Memorandum No. 3182/Volume 1 issued on April 22, 2008, and was formally established at the Founding Assembly on April 28, 2008.
The company made a notable change as recorded in the Commercial Register on March 7, 2016, where an amendment was made to expand the company's scope of activities to include the role of "Investment Controller" by modifying Article 5 of the Memorandum of Association and Article 24 of the Articles of Association. The most recent amendment entered into the Commercial Register occurred on May 17, 2022, to update Articles 4-19 of the Articles of Association, revise Article 5 of the Memorandum of Association, and introduce a new Article No. (57) to the Articles of Association. CapCorp is listed in the Commercial Register under the number 327146.
The company operates as an investment entity registered with the Central Bank of Kuwait, and it conducts its business under the oversight of the Capital Markets Authority.
CapCorp adheres to the principles of Islamic Sharia in its investment activities.
