The principal activities of the company, in compliance with Islamic Sharia principles, include:

  • Buying, selling, purchasing, and developing real estate and land on behalf of the company both within and outside the State of Kuwait, as well as property management on behalf of third parties.   • Owning and administering health clubs and tourism-related facilities, inclusive of their leasing and subleasing.
  • Undertaking maintenance operations for buildings and real estate assets, whether owned by the company or others. This includes the maintenance and execution of civil, mechanical, electrical, elevator, and air conditioning tasks to maintain and safeguard the buildings.
  • Managing, operating, investing in, leasing, and subleasing hotels, clubs, guesthouses, rest houses, parks, gardens, exhibition venues, restaurants, cafeterias, housing compounds, tourist and health resorts, promotional and sporting facilities, and retail outlets at various tiers and standards. This includes all primary, supplementary, and supportive services and facilities required.
  • Organizing real estate exhibitions for the company’s property developments, in accordance with the prevailing regulations of the Ministry.
  • Conducting real estate auctions as per the guidelines established by the Ministry.
  • Owning and managing shopping centers and residential complexes.
  • Creating and overseeing real estate investment funds, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Kuwait.
  • Investing the company's available financial surpluses in financial portfolios operated by specialized firms and entities.
  • Directly contributing to the infrastructure development of residential, commercial, and industrial zones and projects, employing BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) systems and facilities management in real estate.
