Arkan Kuwait Real Estate Company announced in a disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait today, Tuesday, April 15, 2025, the completion of the share exchange process for its capital increase with the shareholders of  Al-Oula Real Estate Investment Company 

 The merger process has been finalized through the combination of the two companies, with Arkan being the merging company and Al-Oula being the merged company, in accordance with the provisions of Title Nine (Mergers and Acquisitions) of the Executive Regulation of Law No. 7 of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities and its amendments, as well as Law No. 1 of 2016 on the issuance of the Companies Law and its Executive Regulation and amendments.
