Arkan Kuwait Real Estate Company announced in a disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait today, Thursday, April 3, 2025, that it has received approval from the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to execute a merger by absorption with AlOula Real Estate Investment Company (Closed shareholding), whereby Arkan will be the merging company and Al-Oula will be the merged company. 

This is in accordance with the provisions of Chapter Nine ("Mergers and Acquisitions") of the executive regulations of Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activity, its amendments, and Law No. (1) of 2016 issuing the Companies Law and its executive regulations.
