Al-Oula Real Estate Investment Company will hold its extraordinary general assembly on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at 11 a.m. at its headquarters, to review the items listed on its agenda.
The company clarified in its announcement, regarding the extraordinary assembly , that the quorum for this meeting requires the attendance of 75% of its issued capital and if the legally required quorum is not met for this meeting, the extraordinary general assembly will be postponed to a second meeting on Sunday, January 5, 2025. This second meeting will be valid if attended by representatives of more than 50% of its issued capital.
