Company profile

Kuwait Catalyst Manufacturing Company - a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company, was founded in compliance with the Commercial Companies Law in Kuwait on November 13, 1996, and was officially registered under No. 68120. The most recent amendment to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association was recorded in the Commercial Register on October 20, 2020, following a decision by the Extraordinary General Assembly on September 21, 2020, pertaining to capital reduction.

Operating in accordance with Islamic Sharia, the company's factory commenced the production of catalysts in 2000. These catalysts are utilized in the purification of heavy oil components and are supplied to various clients, including Kuwait National Petroleum Company and numerous international companies in Korea, Japan, Europe, and the United States.
