The Board of Directors of Kuwait Catalyst Company has invited its shareholders to attend an extraordinary general assembly meeting, which is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will discuss amending Article (5) of its Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of its bylaws and amendments, which include the purposes for which the company was established to align its licensing activities with the international code for activities.
