Kuwait Catalysts Company will discuss in its upcoming extraordinary general assembly, scheduled for Wednesday, December 4, 2024, the amendment of Article (5) of its Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of its articles of association and their amendments, which include the purposes for which the company was established, to align the licensing activities according to the international code for activities.
