Kuwait Catalysts Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, on Wednesday, 23 March 2022, at the company’s headquarters, and via (ZOOM) to discuss the items listed on its agenda.
The company said that the shareholders should visit the company’s headquarters during official business hours, to receive the AGM invitation and agenda. The company will send the invitation and the agenda via e-mail to the shareholders who registered their email with the company.
