Company profile

AlNawadi Holding Company K.S.C.C. was initially established under the name Thuraya International Holding Company on September 28, 2004 as a closed shareholding company in Kuwait. On April 30, 2006, the company underwent a name change from Thuraya International Holding Company - K.S.C.C. to AlNawadi Holding Company - K.S.C. (closed). On May 31, 2010, the company's shares were listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange and subsequently withdrawn on May 10, 2017.
