The extraordinary general assembly of Al-Nawadi Holding Company, held on March 26, 2025, approved the increase of its capital to KD 26.8 million through the distribution of bonus shares to shareholders at a rate of 5% of the authorized, issued, and paid-up capital, amounting to KD 1,276,392.100 (one million two hundred seventy-six thousand three hundred ninety-two Kuwaiti Dinars and 100 Fils) from the retained earnings.
This distribution applies to shareholders registered in the company's records as of the date of the general assembly, with the board of directors authorized to manage any fractional shares resulting from this allocation.
