AlNawadi Holding Company has announced the Board of Directors’ resolution to increase the company's capital by a total amount of KWD 3,195,764.900, through the issuance of 31,957,649 shares, each with a nominal value of 100 Fils, plus a share premium of 20 Fils per share.

This capital increase applies to shareholders listed in the company’s share register as of June 22, 2025. The subscription period will begin on Sunday, July 20, 2025, and continue until Sunday, August 3, 2025, ending at 1:00 PM.
