AlNawadi Holding Company began distributing 5% bonus shares to its shareholders today, Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

It is noteworthy that the company announced on February 24 that it had approved the recommendation of its Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends of 15% of its authorized, issued, and paid capital to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the date of the ordinary general assembly meeting. The distribution of dividends commenced on March 12, 2025.

The recommendation to distribute 5% bonus shares from its authorized, issued, and paid capital was discussed after the extraordinary general assembly that took place on March 26, 2025, which approved an increase in its capital to KWD 26.8 million.

This involves distributing bonus shares to shareholders amounting to KD 1,276,392.100 (one million two hundred seventy-six thousand three hundred ninety-two Kuwaiti dinars and 100 Fils) from accumulated profits, with the Board of Directors authorized to handle any fractional shares resulting from this distribution.
