REAM Real Estate Company, formerly known as Real Estate Property Management Company, was established as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company on September 12, 1993, in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law. The company obtained registration in the commercial register under No. 53705.

On November 26, 2007, REAM Real Estate was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, aiming to expand its market presence. However, on July 5, 2022, the company was delisted from the stock exchange.

In terms of capital, REAM Real Estate's authorized, issued, and paid-up capital, according to the company's annual financial report for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2020, amounts to KD 10,972,500.
