The real estate auction, which was organized by Ream Real Estate Company last Wednesday at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, garnered 10.41 million dinars, for the sale of 21 residential plots (vacant lands) in the areas of Funaitees and Eshbelia, in addition two investment plots (vacant lands) in Mahboula.
The auction, which witnessed an unprecedented turnout and great competition from bidders and those wishing to buy, achieved an increase in the value of the properties sold by 11.1 percent, amounting to 1.04 million dinars over the initial value of the properties amounting to 9.37 million dinars.
