Boursa Kuwait announced on its official website that the shares of Ream Real Estate Company (Ream) have been delisted as of today, Tuesday, 5 July 2022, pursuant to resolution number (52) of 2022 issued by the Board of Commissioners of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).

Last April, CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution to delist Ream Real Estate Company’s shares from trading on Boursa Kuwait unless the company fulfills all the conditions and requirements necessary to resume trading before the deadline of 4 July 2022.

The conditions were to submit financial statements for the periods ending 31 March, 30 June, 30 September, and 31 December 2021, and any other financial statements due to be submitted, pay the 2022 annual subscription fee to Boursa Kuwait Securities Company, and enable the auditor to express an opinion on the company's financial statement.
