• Establish, own, set up, operate, and maintain refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, handle interactions, distribution, delivery, and sale of chilled water for district cooling system utilization.
• Engage in all forms of construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contracts, including firefighting systems, fire-resistant safes, and comprehensive security and safety systems. This also encompasses air conditioning systems and components, ductwork, as well as lifts and escalators in alignment with the company's goals.
• Deal with everything pertaining to fire suppression equipment, systems, and various security and safety solutions.
• Import, export, lease, trade, install, and perform maintenance on machinery, equipment, and devices related to mechanical, electrical, and sanitary needs, security and safety, air conditioning, as well as elevators and escalators.
• Manufacture and assemble electrical switchboards and electric heaters for central heating systems in service of the company's aims.
• Cooperate with others in industrial processes that align with the company's objectives, particularly regarding maintenance of HVAC equipment, elevators, escalators, and related contracting activities.
• Allocate any available financial surplus to investments in financial portfolios managed by expert firms and organizations.
• Possess and transact shares of businesses aligned with or supplementary to the company's purposes, including those in the industrial sector or engaged in interconnected efforts.
• Provide specialized technical and economic consulting on industrial investments for businesses directly related to the company's missions.
• Execute all deals and arrangements and take necessary actions associated with or conducive to the company’s targets deemed requisite for achieving such purposes.
• Undertake thorough and routine servicing, as well as a variety of services linked to the generation and distribution of electricity, along with water source projects and dissemination.
• Conduct various maintenance tasks for water networks, street lighting, gas delivery within Kuwait City and surroundings, upkeep of power stations, and servicing of electric power, water desalination plants, and water distillation infrastructure. This extends to the maintenance of medium to high-pressure electrical distribution networks, cable and main station restorations.
• Perform chemical cleaning, thermal oil flushing, sanitation, and other maintenance services on heat exchangers, alongside all required electrical and civil work for the electricity and water sector, including power stations, pipelines, desalination, and petrochemical units. Maintain all electrical installations (wiring, fixture setting, insulator fitting), and service sanitary sewage treatment facilities, among other diverse tasks related to electricity and water sector maintenance and installations.
• Handle tasks like billing for average consumption systems, supplying and setting up prepayment meters, reading utility meters of various sizes for consumer services, and executing disconnection, reconnection, substitution, and installation duties across Kuwait. Offer technical and specialized assistance implied for the electricity and water sector.
• Provide and install portable devices at electricity and water locations for regular air pollutant monitoring, supply specialized personnel for pollution mitigation around the electric and water field, ensure maintenance and safety of electric and water systems, including distribution networks and substations. Deliver and install safety equipment and security systems.
• Act as intermediaries for various operations demanded by multiple companies across the electricity and water sectors.
• Purchase movable assets and real estate vital for performing its activities, under the constraints provided by law.
• The company is authorized to operate its business within Kuwait and internationally, either directly or through proxies. It may collaborate with, invest in, or partake in any form with organizations that conduct work analogous to its own or that can aid in fulfilling its goals, both locally and abroad. This includes establishing, investing in, or acquiring such organizations or integrating them into its operations.

Gulf Projects for Cooling and Electricity Company KSCC was incorporated as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company on December 17, 2012.
