Gulf Projects for Cooling and Electricity Company has announced that the ordinary general assembly held on April 30, 2025, approved the distribution of cash dividends at a rate of 5% of its capital (5 Fils per share) to shareholders registered in the company's records as of the date of its general assembly.

The company's board of directors has announced that the distribution of dividends will commence on Monday, May 12, 2025, through the transfer of cash dividends to the bank accounts of eligible shareholders registered in the electronic transfer service for dividend distribution.

The company encouraged shareholders who have not registered for the electronic transfer service for dividend distribution to visit any local banks to subscribe to this service, in accordance with the instructions issued by the Kuwait Clearing Company on its website www.maqasa.com.
