Gulf Projects Company Cooling and Electricity will hold its ordinary general meeting on Wednesday, July 17th, 2024, to discuss and approve the consolidated financial statements and final accounts of the company for the financial year ending on December 31, 2023, and to discuss the reports of the Board of Directors and the company’s auditor, 

The General Assembly review the recommendation by the Board of Directors to withhold the distribution of profits for the fiscal year ending in 2023. It concurs with transferring a portion of the legal reserve balance of KD 301,688 from the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31st, 2023, to the accumulated losses. Additionally, it agrees to allocate the general reserve balance of KD 1,119,282 from the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, to the accumulated losses.
