Gulf Projects for Cooling and Electricity Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2021 on Wednesday, 8 June 2022, at the company’s headquarters located in Al-Farawiya, Al-Rai District, Block 1, Street 40, Building No. 1838, to discuss the items listed on its agenda.
The company said that shareholders, or their proxies, who wish to attend the AGM may send an email to the following email (ayman@gulfengg.com) with a copy of the company's commercial registration or civil ID, along with their phone number to receive invitations and authorizations to attend the AGM and the meeting agenda, at least 24 hours before the AGM date.
