The company has been entered into the commercial register with the number 100237.

Capital Structure of the Company:
The authorized, issued, and fully subscribed capital of Bawabet AlKuwait  Holding, as reported in the financial statement for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2021, is KD 50,000,000 (fifty million Kuwaiti Dinars), maintaining the same level as in the year 2020.
