Kuwait Gate Holding Company is set to deliberate on the election of a new board of directors comprising five members for the upcoming three-year term. This is among the agenda items for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, which will be addressed during the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, 4 October 2023, at 12:00 P.M. at the company's headquarters. Additionally, the AGM will consider the proposal put forth by the Board of Directors concerning the remuneration of its members for the year 2022, amounting to KWD 21,000. The meeting will also involve discussions on absolving them from any legal liabilities arising from their actions during the financial year 2022.
