The Ordinary General Assembly of Bawabet AlKuwait has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at the company's headquarters. One of the key matters of discussion during the assembly will be the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders. The proposed dividend distribution is 5% of the company's capital, amounting to 5  fils per share, equivalent to KD 2.5 million. Shareholders who are registered in the company's records until the date of the General Assembly will be eligible for these dividends. 
 Furthermore, the general assembly will also address the appointment of Mr. Ali Abdul Rahman Al-Hassawi from Rodel Middle East - Burgan - International Accountants - Ali Al-Hasawi & Co. as the company's auditor for the financial year ending on December 31, 2023. The assembly will also express gratitude towards the company's former auditor, Mr. Dr. Rashid Mohammed Al-Qenaei from KPMG - Al-Qenaei & Co.
