Wataniya Environmental Services Company - a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company was established according to the articles of incorporation dated November 1, 1997 and its subsequent amendments, and on September 16, 2019, the capital increase was indicated in the commercial registry (note 11).

Capital Structure of Wataniya Environmental Services:
As outlined in the company's annual financial statement for the fiscal year concluded on December 31, 2019, the authorized capital of Wataniya Environmental Services stands at KD 1.5 million (one million five hundred thousand Kuwaiti Dinars). The actual paid-in capital totals KD 1.25 million, which marked an increase from the 2018 figure of KD 1 million. This capital is distributed across 12.5 million shares (twelve million five hundred thousand shares), with each share having a nominal value of 100 fils. All shares have been fully subscribed and paid for in cash.
