The Wataniya Environmental Services Company will hold its ordinary general assembly for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, on December 15, 2024. 

The assembly will review the reports from the Board of Directors and the auditors, as well as the reports on violations and penalties noted by regulatory authorities, along with transactions with related parties that occurred during 2023, and will seek to approve them.

The assembly will also discuss and approve the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2023, as well as the allocation of 10% to the legal reserve amounting to a total of 472 KWD, and 10% to the optional reserve totaling 472 KWD, which will be allocated to enhance equity and liquidity within the company.

Additionally, the assembly will discuss the release of the Board members from liability regarding their administrative, financial, and legal actions for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, and will appoint or reappoint the auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, while authorizing the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
