The Board of Directors of the OTC 761 National Environmental Services Company invited the company’s shareholders to subscribe in increasing its authorized and unpaid capital, noting that the nominal value of the share is equivalent to (100 fils per share), paid in one payment in addition to the issue premium of (6 fils) for each share.
Subscription will be open from July 25th to 30th, 2024.
