The Board of Directors of the Wataniya Environmental Services Company is pleased to invite shareholders to its ordinary general assembly scheduled for December 15, 2024.
The assembly will focus on reviewing the financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

The agenda will include presentations from the Board of Directors and the independent auditors (Mr. Rashid Ayoub Yousef Al-Shadad from Roudil Office). Additionally, the assembly will address reports on any regulatory violations and penalties noted during the year, as well as related party transactions that occurred in 2023, requiring shareholder approval.

Shareholders will also evaluate and approve the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2023. This includes a proposal to allocate 10% (K.D totaling 472) for the legal reserve, along with another 10% (also amounting to K.D 472) for the optional reserve, designed to strengthen the company’s equity and improve liquidity.

Furthermore, the assembly will consider discharging Board members from any liability regarding their administrative, financial, and legal actions related to the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

The appointment or reappointment of the auditor for the upcoming financial year ending December 31, 2024, will also be discussed, and the Board of Directors will be authorized to determine the auditor’s fees.
